1. Information we collect

Information you give us.When you submit a request on a city page, we collect your name, phone number, email (if provided), city, the type of care you're interested in, and any details you share. When you create a portal account (as a referral source or agency), we collect your name, contact details, organization, and the referral or client information you enter.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect usage data (pages viewed, device and browser info, IP address) and use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, to operate and improve the site and measure marketing.

2. How we use information

We use information to: match families with local home care agencies; provide and improve our services and the CareBoss portal; communicate with you; run and measure marketing; and comply with law.

3. How we share information

With home care agencies. The core of our service is connecting you with care — so when you submit a request, we share your contact and care details with one or more partner home care agencies so they can reach out. Those agencies are independent businesses with their own privacy practices.

With service providers who help us operate (e.g., hosting, email, analytics, payment processing), under contracts limiting their use of the data.

For legal reasons or in connection with a business transaction. We do not sell your personal information for money.

4. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and tags (including Google) to run the site, remember preferences, and measure ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

5. Your choices & California rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and opt out of marketing messages, by emailing us. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sharing" of personal information; we honor these requests and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

6. Data retention & security

We keep information as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, though no system is completely secure.

7. Children

Our services are for adults and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
